Paralelamente, y por regla casi general, podemos afirmar que los verdaderos descendientes de un Genio, mas que los de la sangre, son los del espíritu, los que a su figura literaria o científica le prestaron toda su dedicación y tributo.
Estos son – y los que hay en América, en Europa, en Africa – los que han ido dando estatura y forma a Darío hasta llegar a este magnífico hoy, sazonado de frutos…”
